How booking and payment work.

Booking a session

A slot is yours once the payment goes through. You get a confirmation email with your booking reference, the date and time in India Standard Time, and the video link.

Rescheduling

You can move a one-on-one call free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Inside 24 hours I will always try to find you another time, but I cannot promise one.

If you do not arrive

I will wait for fifteen minutes and message you. After that the session counts as used. If something happened, tell me. I am a parent too.

Refunds

• Cancel a one-on-one call more than 24 hours before it starts and you get a full refund.
• Inside 24 hours, or after the session, there is no refund.
• For the One Rhythm Program, you can cancel for a full refund until the Day 1 call begins. After Day 1 the seat is held for you and cannot be refunded, because it is a seat another parent could have taken.
• If I ever have to cancel, you get a full refund or another time, whichever you prefer.

Refunds go back to the way you paid, usually within five to seven working days.

Your part

Tell me honestly what is happening at home. Everything you share is confidential. The scripts, plans and guides I write are for your family, so please do not resell or republish them.
