What I collect, and why.

What I collect

Only what I need to do the thing you asked me to do.

• When you book: your name, email, WhatsApp number, your child's age, and what you want to work on.
• When you ask for a guide or join the Thursday note: your email address.
• When you pay: the payment is handled by Razorpay. I never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Basic, anonymous page statistics, so I know which pages are useful.

Why I collect it

To confirm your booking and send you the video link, to send the guide you asked for, to write your follow-up plan, and to keep a record of payments as the law requires.

What I never do

• I never sell your information, and I never share it with anyone for advertising.
• I never share what you tell me in a session. It stays between us.
• I never email you about something you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the site work: Supabase stores the booking, Razorpay takes the payment, Resend sends the email, and Vercel hosts the site. Each one sees only the part it needs.

How long I keep it

Booking and payment records for as long as the law requires. Your email stays on the Thursday note list until you unsubscribe, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to parentingwithshivani@gmail.com and I will do it.

Children

This site is for parents. It is not meant for children, and I do not knowingly collect anything from a child.
